Originally from Michigan, Trenton Pollard is a queer writer in New York City where he lives by the East River. His poems and essays can be found in Lambda Literary, The North American Review, The Critical Flame, Passages North, and Plenitude among other publications. A selection of his poems was set to music by composer Elizabeth Kelly and performed at the University of Nottingham as part of Memorious Magazine’s artsong contest.

He holds degrees from Bennington College, North Carolina State University, and Columbia University School of the Arts, and will always be grateful for the generosity of his teachers.
